When you are short on time but need a good rub or have a particular spot that needs attention right away. You will get a full 30 minutes of direct touching, you still should plan for 15 minutes after your massage so that you may shower. Oils are a must even if you are short on time. I offer towels and toiletries or you are welcome to bring your own.
